Mexico Arrested One of the Highest Ranking Women in El Chapo’s Cartel

Like El Chapo last month, one of his top cronies has been arrested by police. That person is none other than El Chapo-led Sinaloa cartel member Guadalupe Fernández Valencia, who’s been described as the drug kingpin’s “financial operator,” a woman who may or may not have signed off on El Chapo’s penis surgery while on the run and the order of tacos that would lead to his capture. Though we’re sure she was busy running other important finances.
