Lee “Q” O’Denat, the founder and CEO of the massively popular hip-hop website WorldStarHipHop, has died at 43, according to multiple reports. According to TMZ, Q died from a heart attack in his sleep on Monday night.

The freeze could disrupt critical, ongoing projects such as toxic cleanups and water quality testing, and it may impact the EPA’s budget allocations.
