Knicks’ Kristaps Porzingis was removed from Tuesday’s game against the Milwaukee Bucks with an apparent injury to his left knee.
The All Star forward made an awkward landing after dunking over Giannis Antetokounmpo in the second quarter. Porzingis fell to the floor, visibly hurt, and was eventually escorted to the locker room. Knicks executive president Steve Mills and general manager Scott Perry were seen following.
Though the severity of his injuries have not been officially confirmed at this time, ESPN’s Ian Begley took to Twitter to give an update.
This isn’t the first time Porzingis has had issues with his left knee. The Knicks player previously injured it back in December.
Stay tuned as more information becomes available.
