Jeep is once again hosting cool concepts at Moab for its annual Easter Safari, and one in particular is bringing the electrical heat. Based on the two-door 2020 Wrangler Rubicon, the Jeep Magneto could be Fiat-Chrysler’s (now part of Stellantis) more affordable off-roading alternative to GM’s Hummer EV.
With the Hummer H1 no longer for sale, there hasn’t been an intimidating military-inspired SUV available for drivers looking to maximize their visual impact, but Rezvani Motors, creators of the Beast supercar, are filling that void with their newest creation, the Tank.
The arrival of the all-new aluminum-body Jeep Wrangler (code named “JL”) is creeping closer, and with it, the arrival of the hotly anticipated pickup-bodied version, which will apparently be available in both two- and four-door versions, just like the SUV.
Driving off-road doesn’t have to be scary. Yet most people that spend serious cash on 4WDs never even put them in low range, much less take them off the pavement. Let’s try to fix that with a few basic skills everyone can master.
